Outside of XRP, all the major cryptocurrencies didn’t make much of a move from yesterday. Bitcoin is right on $19k with $33B trading, while Ethereum is $1310 on $17B of turnover. Crypto mining firm Compute North has declared bankruptcy, after having raised $385M earlier just this year — reasoning is due to declining crypto prices which doesn’t help keep its operations sustainable. Coupled with the ETH merge and industry shift away from PoW, miners share the brunt of crypto winter with the rest of us.

NFT volumes are back to ‘normal’, with $15M in turnover. ETH-NFTs are $10M on the day, while Solana-NFTs see $3M traded. BAYC tops the charts with $1M in volumes, while Art Blocks is a close second with $924k in volume on 137 transactions. CryptoPunks remains relevant with $700k, roughly the same turnover as Sorare.
