Crypto is very quiet over the weekend, with Bitcoin flat at $19.5k on a low $14B turnover. Ethereum is also the same, at $1330 on $5B of volume. BNB Smart Chain is back up and operating after a $100M exploit overnight. Huobi’s founder Leon Li Lim is selling a controlling interest in the exchange to About Capital, a Hong Kong fund — this marks another of many founders exiting the industry this year. Leaked internal memos of Facebook’s metaverse have provided hints that even the team building the software isn’t using the platform, despite being a requirement — to be fair, early versions of most products are going to be unpalatable.

NFT volumes are higher on the day, with $9M trading in ETH-NFTs, and $6M in Solana-NFTs. CloneX takes the top slot with $2M, followed by Art Blocks and Sorare with $1.6M each. CryptoPunks has a $1M day with 4 trades. Gods Unchained keeps ImmutableX relevant with $1.5M in turnover.
