Bitcoin continues to grind higher, adding another +4% today to trade just under $19k. Ethereum looks less enthusiastic but nonetheless added +1% to trade just above $1400. More exchange cuts were announced, this time from as they cut 20% of its workforce, joining Coinbase in downsizing its staff. On the contrary, Binance is looking to add 15~30% more employees to make their total headcount 10k, according to CZ. The SEC is now probing both Gemini and Genesis, calling the ‘Earn’ program a security they obviously never registered for.

Total NFT volumes touch $25M today, with ETH-NFTs at $20M and Solana-NFTs at $5M. Azuki leads the pack with $2.6M in turnover, with MAYC close behind with $2M, although the floor price isn’t moving much. Beanz is also seen with $1.4M in volume, riding the coattails of Azuki.
