Crypto is barely moving and is pretty quiet so far this week. Bitcoin is flat at $16.8k and Ethereum is up slightly to $1240 in the past 24 hours. Kim Kardashian and Floyd Mayweather are off the hook for an EthereumMax trial — Kim had to pay the SEC $1.3M back in October for the promotion on her Instagram, but it seems the penalty may just end there. Genesis sent a letter to clients informing them that their lending unit’s withdrawal freeze is likely to be a matter of ā€œweeksā€ rather than days.

NFT volumes are over $20M on the day, thanks in large part to Tim Ferriss’s new NFT project, ā€œCockpunchā€ which had $6.7M in secondary volume today. Valhalla also enjoyed a jump in volume as it prints $2.4M. BAYC and MAYC collectively had $2M. ETH-NFTs were $19M on the day, while Solana-NFTs are $2.5M. NFTs minted from the FTX marketplace have now had their metadata nuked as FTX servers go down.
