Crypto markets are resilient despite TradFi taking a hit overnight. Bitcoin is flat at $16.6k and Ethereum is up a touch to $1223. SBF was released on a $250M bail, secured by his parents and their house in Palo Alto — he’ll be on house arrest and is only allowed to leave for exercise. CoinDesk put out a follow-up to Decentraland’s DAUs and has concluded it sits at ~800 as of October 7th (link below). This is better than the previous 38 DAU reported a few months back, but still a far way off from the 60k which was being touted by the team.

NFT volumes are north of $25M today, with ETH-NFTs at $22.5M and Polygon-NFTs at $3M. Solana has $1.6M, but the highest turnover project is DeGods at $200k, so perhaps the $1~2M figure on a daily basis is just static noise. Otherdeed, BAYC, MAYC, and BAKC dominate the top 5 slots, with a combined $10.5M in turnover as Yuga Labs follows up with an Otherside promo. Crypto Unicorns Land Market, a Polygon project, had an explosive $2.6M in turnover, though it was across 27 trades from 14 buyers.
