All eyes are on the September 2nd deadline for Bitcoin ETF filings from BlackRock, Fidelity, and other institutions. With a couple of wins from crypto companies these past 48 hours in rulings against the SEC, analysts are calling for a 75% chance of approval of ETFs. However, given Gary Gensler's track record, it is likely the decisions would be delayed to early 2024. BTC & ETH spot prices are static at $27.1k and $1700 respectively, though major NFTs are up bigly with BAYC +8% and MAYC +9% in the past 24 hours.
